When Derek pumps up his bicep, the sleeve of his shirt doesn't stand a chance of covering it. His arm size: almost 18 inches. Derek Rafla is a 21 year old bodybuilder from Ontario, Canada, who shot with PumpingMuscle doing an arm workout in his gym and modeling outside a couple of weeks before competing in an OPA contest, the Canadian version of the NPC in the USA, in July 2011. He went on to win the overall open title at the show.
