Protein Brownies!! YUM


BROWNIES

1 c. bran
3 egg whites or egg beaters
6 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
3 tsp. diet lite
Dash salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
6 tbsp. powdered milk (nonfat)
1/2 tsp. baking powder & baking soda
1 tsp. chocolate extract
1 c. unsweetened applesauce

Bake in an 8"x8" pan at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING (optional!):

5 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
2 tsp. diet lite sweetener
Chocolate flavored diet soda, enough to mix

Makes 8 servings
