ZUCCHINI BARS | |
2 c. shredded zucchini 1 c. vanilla protein powder 1.5 cup whole rolled oats 5 egg whites 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. liquid stevia Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9"x13" pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 8 pieces. Makes 8 servings |
